Youth Alliance's 2023 Award Recipients

For more than 25 years, Youth Alliance has created thriving and safe spaces for youth and families to be heard, to be engaged, to thrive, and to lead. By cultivating young leaders and investing in them, we advance the power of our community to build a more equitable future. Our growth as an organization is because of the amazing individuals who care about the youth, families, and communities we serve. Youth Alliance continues to unleash the power of community leaders and mentors.

During our yearly staff orientation, Youth Alliance honored and recognized staff for their growth, leadership development, and dedication to making a positive impact in the community. The 2023 Award Recipients represented one of our four pillars: Engage, Grow, Lead, and Transform. Additionally, a special Certificate of Commitment was awarded to Anthony Lopez, Associate Director of Expanded Learning, for his extraordinary dedication, service, and contributions to Youth Alliance and our community over this past decade.

“YA is proud to honor and recognize the transformational impact of our passionate staff. Our team is a reflection of our communities and our growth comes from having an amazing group of leaders who care about advancing our vision and the power of the youth and families that we serve.” – Diane Ortiz, CEO Youth Alliance

Youth Alliance would like to thank our award recipients for advancing our vision, cultivating the wisdom, and advancing the power of our community to build a more equitable future. Youth Alliance is beyond grateful to our amazing staff. Together, we empower each other and our communities to thrive!
